Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and came with high-quality bathrobes and toiletries, which I loved. However, the big glass front to the pool area and restaurant forced me to keep the curtains closed, making the room a bit dark.
Even though the rooms could use a bit of an update, the overall hotel experience more than makes up for it. The rooms were incredibly clean, but without air conditioning, they can get fairly hot at night. We felt we got an okay price for our room.
The hotel had a trendy and comfortable atmosphere, although some fittings looked a bit worn. The central courtyard with a pool and bar was a nice touch, but the rooms felt dark. Unfortunately, I couldn't check in earlier than 3 pm, which was a bit disappointing.
I loved staying at this hotel in the Tenderloin/Union Square area. The attention to detail in the rooms was great, but we were a bit put off for having to keep the curtains closed due to the glass front. Despite that, the room was cozy and had a nice view of the pool area. Being able to step outside for a smoke was convenient.
The hotel offers clean and fun rooms with a cool pool view, although early check-in was unavailable, which was a bit disappointing. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. However, the location in a rough area made me feel uneasy, despite being close to attractions and having fun bars nearby. The dining experience left much to be desired, with dirty streets nearby, but the hotel facilities were well-appointed.
The hotel is centrally located and offers helpful and attentive service. The rooms, although a bit tired and lacking in amenities, are quiet and pleasant. The location, while busy, can feel sketchy at times. The dining experience is mixed, with some positive aspects and room for improvement.
